Heufort is a fashion brand focused on minimalist, modern, and functional designs. We are committed to providing high-quality clothing with well-thought-out details for the urban lifestyle.
Where are Heufort products manufactured? All our products are designed and produced locally under strict quality control standards to ensure maximum durability and comfort.
Will sold-out products be restocked? We periodically restock select Signature collections. However, for Limited Capsule collections or collaborations, items are typically not restocked once sold out. Follow our Instagram for the latest updates.
We provide a Size Chart on every product page. Since some of our products feature an Oversized Fit and others a Regular Fit, we strongly recommend measuring your favorite t-shirt at home and comparing it to our chart.
Size tolerance: Please note there maymay be a size difference of approximately 1-2 cm due to the mass-production cutting and sewing process.
Orders placed on weekdays (Monday–Friday) before 3:00 PM WIB will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after that time or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.
How long does shipping take?
Greater Jakarta Area: 1–3 business days.
Outside Java Island: 3–7 business days (depending on the selected shipping carrier).
Yes, as long as the replacement size is still in stock. Exchanges are only valid up to 3 days after the item is received, provided the price tag is still attached and the product has not been washed or worn.
What if the item received is defective or the wrong item was sent? We apologize for the inconvenience. If this occurs, please contact our Customer Service and include an unboxing video. We will cover all shipping costs for the replacement item.
